I am a dynamic relationship coach with over 20 years of experience providing individual coaching and couples therapy to adults aged 18 and older. My extensive training on the mind-body connection allows me to offer a unique level of guidance that is wholistic and comprehensive. My conversational style is interactive, gentle, and empathetic. The philosophical basis of my work with my fellow human beings is just that: We are all existing together and doing our best. It takes courage to engage in coaching sessions, and I have a tremendous amount of respect for anyone who is willing to try it. I love working collaboratively with my clients to create realistic plans for a better life through individual coaching and relationship coaching. Sometimes one or two sessions are sufficient, while some concerns require more sessions and care. Each individual and couple is unique, which is why I offer a variety of options including brief and long-term coaching, as well as a choice of 60, 75, or 90-minute sessions for couples therapy.
